Prices
The price for participation in Vildbjerg Cup consists of a team fee and a participation fee. The team fee is paid upon registration of the team and then the number of participants must be registered no later than 22 May.
When registrating participants, the participation fees is paid online. One coach/leader per team participate for free.

Important information - Camping
Indkvartering på camping er baseret på at spillerne bor hos deres forældre, som skal booke en plads på vores campingpladser. Alternativt kan man indkvartere spillerne i fællestelte som man selv skal medbringe eller leje hos Midtjysk Festudlejning. Der afsættes ikke automatisk pladser til holdene, disse skal bookes via vores camping tilmeldingssystem!
Ønsker man at bo på camping, men ikke har fællestelt eller forældre med som har booket pladser, anbefaler vi i stedet overnatning i Teltbyen. Teltbyen er centralt placeret ved fodboldbanerne, så man har kort afstand til kampe, bespisning og events.
Deadline
Deadline for registrating teams to participate in Vildbjerg Cup is 15 May.
Deadline for payment of participation fee is 22 May 2022. Additional participants can be registered until 15 July.
Please note that we may close the online reporting at an earlier date if more than 700 teams have been subscribed.
